Shipping Policy:

Thank you for shopping BLUE SUAVE. We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time: Please allow 1-7 business days for order processing from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. Please note, we do not fulfill orders over the weekend and any expedited order placed after 12:30pm, will be fulfilled the following business day.

2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. We offer standard and expedited shipping options for your convenience. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all domestic orders over $150 (before taxes). 


3. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping may arrive sooner.

4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. International Shipping: For international orders, additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. DHL Express Shipping requires a signature on delivery unless authority to leave is granted. If authority to leave is granted, the package may be left unattended. Please ensure that there is a safe location for the parcel to be left.In the event where a parcel is not claimed/rejected/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be returned to Blue Suave. Consequently, there will be a $30 return fee deducted from you store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable. Please note, Blue Suave is not responsible for any delays caused by DHL Express, especially during high volume seasons. We have provided the best delivery estimations available.

7. Shipping Restrictions: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

8. Order Changes: Once an order is placed we strictly cannot make last minute changes. If you need to change your size and/or address, your order will be cancelled and you can repurchase again online.

9. If an Australia Post package is Returned To Sender, please note that you will be issued a store credit however this credit will not include the initial shipping cost. You will be credited the order subtotal, before shipping. 

Please Note: BLUE SUAVE is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal network  Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in the event that no one is home on delivery.

Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with BLUE SUAVE! We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Below is our returns policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit.

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes, and style changes in exchange for a store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives with a manufacturing fault.

All returned items must be full price and in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags still attached, and no odors (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.

Please note that all sale items are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


Please allow up to 5 business days from when your return is received for your store credit to be issued. BLUE SUAVE is not responsible for lost or damaged items when returning.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for return, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card. The store credit will be valid for 3 years and can be used to purchase anything from our online store.
